Proposal & Budget
We prepare a very detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, estimated cost, and timeline for the project so that the client’s budget is set and that all expectations are clear.
Construction Documents
Once the proposal has been accepted, the complete design phase begins. This involves creating a detailed plan for the project, which includes architectural and engineering documents, material selections, and other specifications.
Communication - Online Portal
Once everything begins, we have our clients use our Online Portal. With our Online Portal, our clients can conveniently view the latest updates on their project from anywhere, at any time. This saves them time and effort in having to call or email us for updates. Our portal also ensures transparency in our communication, allowing our clients to feel more involved and informed throughout the building process.
Construction - Process
After the design phase is complete and all necessary permits have been obtained, the construction phase begins. This is where the builder brings the vision to life. We keep our clients informed every step of the way.
Completion & Delivery
Once the construction is complete, the builder will conduct a walk-through with the client to demonstrate how to operate and care for your home or facility.
